曾代表韩国知名餐饮企业处理其在中国地区的知识产权侵权争议，并协助该企业顺利取得中国商务部特许经营许可，为其进入中国市场提供了关键法律支持。该案作为韩国企业在华知识产权维权的典型案例，收录于韩国专利厅海外维权案例库。
在刑事辩护领域，李贤律师曾担任涉数十名外籍人员的跨国刑事案件中某国籍犯罪嫌疑人的辩护人。在系统梳理大量卷宗并持续跟进案件近一年后，成功为当事人争取到不起诉决定，该当事人亦系该案件中唯一获得不起诉处理的犯罪嫌疑人。
在企业合规与跨境商事争议解决方向，李贤律师曾代表中国某企业，处理与韩国某市级政府部门之间的国际邮轮合作项目纠纷。依托中韩法律实务经验与商事谈判能力，推动争议得到稳妥处置，成功为中方企业提前化解法律风险，避免了经济损失。
在司法翻译领域，李贤律师紧扣我国加强涉外法治建设、提升涉外司法效能的工作部署，在某省高级人民法院的统筹指导下，为某省中级人民法院涉外案件提供全流程法律文书中韩翻译服务，覆盖涉外送达核心文书环节。工作全程严格遵循涉外司法文书送达的法定规范，确保译文精准严谨、符合司法程序标准，有效保障了涉外送达环节的合法高效推进，为依法维护我国公民在涉外纠纷中的诉讼权利与实体权益发挥了关键性作用。
凭借对跨境法律事务的长期实践经验及专业语言能力，李贤律师能够在复杂法律与监管环境下，为跨境项目提供高效、精准的法律支持。

工作经历
李贤律师深耕韩国法学实务与研究领域十余年，在韩国知识产权法、刑法、私法及移民行政法领域积累了系统的实务研究经验。期间，长期担任韩国首尔市当地律师事务所中华地区顾问，参与了近五千件为中国企业（含港澳台地区）及中国公民（含港澳台地区）的案件及项目，在维护中国企业及中国公民海外合法权益方面发挥了积极作用。
现为韩国核心期刊KCI收录学术团体的成员，现任韩国韩中法学会理事，同时为韩国法学会、韩国知识产权学会、韩国私法学会、韩国移民行政学会、韩国统一与朝鲜法学会等会员；作为中国法学会会员，长期参与中韩两国法学界的学术交流与研究活动。
此外，李贤律师在司法翻译与语言服务领域同样保持活跃的行业参与度，现为韩国翻译协会、韩国国际通翻译协会及中国翻译协会会员，持续推动中韩两国相关领域的专业交流。

Practice Areas
Li Xian focuses his practice on cross-border legal matters, with particular experience in intellectual property, criminal defense, corporate compliance, and commercial negotiations. He has also been extensively involved in judicial translation and legal coordination in connection with China-Korea cross-border legal matters.
Mr. Li has represented a well-known Korean food and beverage company in intellectual property infringement disputes in China and assisted the company in successfully obtaining a commercial franchise approval from China’s Ministry of Commerce, providing critical legal support for its entry into the Chinese market. The matter was subsequently included in the Korea Intellectual Property Office’s database of overseas intellectual property enforcement cases as a representative example of a Korean company protecting its intellectual property rights in China.
In the area of criminal defense, Mr. Li has served as defense counsel to a foreign national suspected in a major cross-border criminal matter involving dozens of foreign individuals. After conducting a comprehensive review of an extensive evidentiary record and following the matter closely for nearly one year, he successfully secured a decision not to prosecute his client. His client was the only suspect in the case to receive a non-prosecution disposition.
Mr. Li also has experience advising on corporate compliance and cross-border commercial dispute resolution. He represented a Chinese company in connection with a dispute arising from an international cruise cooperation project involving a municipal-level government authority in Korea. Drawing on his practical experience with both Chinese and Korean legal systems, as well as his commercial negotiation capabilities, he helped facilitate an effective resolution of the dispute, enabling the Chinese company to address potential legal risks at an early stage and avoid economic losses.
In the area of judicial translation, Mr. Li has contributed to China’s broader efforts to strengthen the rule of law in foreign-related matters and enhance the effectiveness of the judicial system in handling cross-border cases. Under the overall coordination and guidance of a provincial Higher People’s Court, he provided comprehensive Chinese-Korean translation services for legal and judicial documents in foreign-related proceedings before an Intermediate People’s Court in the same province, including key documents required for service of process in cross-border matters. Throughout the engagement, he adhered strictly to the applicable legal and procedural requirements governing the service of foreign-related judicial documents, ensuring that all translations were accurate, rigorous, and compliant with judicial procedural standards. His work contributed to the lawful and efficient completion of cross-border service procedures and played an important role in protecting the procedural rights and substantive interests of Chinese citizens involved in foreign-related disputes.
With substantial practical experience in cross-border legal matters and professional-level language capabilities, Mr. Li is well positioned to provide efficient and precise legal support for cross-border projects involving complex legal and regulatory environments.

Professional Experience
Li Xian has devoted more than a decade to legal practice and academic research in Korea, developing substantial practical and research experience in Korean intellectual property law, criminal law, private law, and immigration and administrative law. During this period, he has served for many years as a Greater China Advisor to a local law firm in Seoul, Korea, and has participated in nearly 5,000 matters and projects involving Chinese companies and individuals, including those from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. Through this work, he has played an active role in protecting the lawful rights and interests of Chinese companies and Chinese nationals abroad.
Mr. Li is actively involved in Korea’s legal academic community and is affiliated with several academic organizations that publish journals indexed in the Korea Citation Index (KCI). He currently serves as a Director of the Korea-China Law Association and is also a member of the Korean Law Association, Korea Intellectual Property Society, Korean Association of Private Law, Korean Association of Immigration and Administrative Law, and Korean Association of Unification and North Korean Law, among other organizations. He is also a member of the China Law Society and has long been involved in academic research and scholarly exchanges between the legal communities of China and Korea.
In addition to his legal practice and academic activities, Mr. Li remains actively engaged in the fields of judicial translation and professional language services. He is a member of the Korean Association of Translators, the Korea International Interpretation and Translation Association, and the Translators Association of China, and continues to promote professional exchange and cooperation between China and Korea in these fields.

Education
Mr. Li graduated from Ajou University in Korea, where he earned a Master of Business Administration degree. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Political Science at Kyonggi University (Seoul Campus) in Korea.
