曾代表韩国知名餐饮企业处理其在中国地区的知识产权侵权争议，并协助该企业顺利取得中国商务部特许经营许可，为其进入中国市场提供了关键法律支持。该案作为韩国企业在华知识产权维权的典型案例，收录于韩国专利厅海外维权案例库。
在刑事辩护领域，李贤律师曾担任涉数十名外籍人员的跨国刑事案件中某国籍犯罪嫌疑人的辩护人。在系统梳理大量卷宗并持续跟进案件近一年后，成功为当事人争取到不起诉决定，该当事人亦系该案件中唯一获得不起诉处理的犯罪嫌疑人。

工作经历
李贤律师于2025年加入北斗鼎铭。
此前，深耕韩国法学实务与研究领域十余年，在韩国知识产权法、刑法、私法及移民行政法领域积累了较为系统的实务研究经验。期间，长期担任韩国某律师事务所中华地区顾问，为该律所在中国落地及合规运营提供支持。目前，该韩国律所已获司法部批准，取得外国律师事务所驻华代表处执业许可证。
现兼任韩国韩中法学会理事，并为韩国知识产权学会、韩国私法学会、韩国移民行政学会、韩国翻译协会、韩国国际通翻译协会、中国翻译协会会员、中国法学会会员。

李贤律师毕业于韩国亚洲大学，获工商管理硕士(MBA)学位；目前正在韩国京畿大学(首尔校区)攻读政治法学博士学位。

Practice Areas
Mr. Li Xian focuses on cross-border legal services, with particular expertise in intellectual property, criminal defense, corporate compliance, and commercial negotiations. He has long been actively involved in judicial interpretation, legal translation, and cross-border legal collaboration between China and South Korea.
Mr. Li has represented a well-known Korean restaurant enterprise in handling intellectual property infringement disputes in China and assisted the company in successfully obtaining a franchise approval from China’s Ministry of Commerce, providing critical legal support for its market entry into China. The case was later included in the overseas intellectual property enforcement case database of the Korean Intellectual Property Office as a representative example of Korean enterprises safeguarding their rights in China.
In the field of criminal defense, Mr. Li acted as defense counsel for a foreign national in a large-scale transnational criminal case involving dozens of foreign individuals. After conducting a comprehensive review of extensive case files and closely following the matter for nearly one year, he successfully secured a non-prosecution decision for his client — the only suspect in the case to receive such an outcome.
With extensive experience in cross-border legal matters and strong bilingual professional capabilities, Mr. Li is well-positioned to provide efficient and precise legal support for cross-border projects within complex regulatory and legal environments.

Professional Experience
Mr. Li joined Beidou Dingming in 2025.
Prior to this, he spent more than a decade deeply engaged in legal practice and academic research in South Korea, developing systematic experience in Korean intellectual property law, criminal law, private law, and immigration administrative law.
During this period, he served as China Regional Advisor to a Korean law firm, providing strategic support for the firm’s market entry and compliance operations in China. The firm has since obtained official approval from China’s Ministry of Justice and secured a Practice License for its Representative Office of a Foreign Law Firm in China.
Mr. Li currently serves as a Board Member of the Korea–China Law Society. He is also a member of the Korean Intellectual Property Law Association, the Korean Private Law Association, the Korean Immigration Administrative Law Association, the Korea Translators Association, the International Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (Korea), the Translators Association of China, and the China Law Society.

Education
Mr. Li received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Ajou University in South Korea.
He is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Political and Legal Studies at Kyonggi University (Seoul Campus).
